These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Referrio’s services by referrers, companies, and job seekers. By using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. User Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old.
Companies must have legal authorization to hire employees.
3. Referrer Responsibilities
Ensure that referred candidates meet job requirements.
Abide by ethical recruitment practices; false or misleading referrals may result in account suspension.
4. Company Responsibilities
Provide accurate job descriptions and fair hiring practices.
Issue agreed-upon referral rewards after successful hires.
5. Referral Rewards
Rewards are processed only after a candidate has been employed for 90 days.
A 20% platform commission applies to all rewards issued.
6. Platform Use Restrictions
Engage in fraudulent or misleading activities.
Violate intellectual property rights.
Use the platform for any unlawful purposes.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of our platform will be resolved through arbitration under New York law.
8. Termination of Accounts
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.
9. Modifications to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time.
Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of changes.
